Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Further, lodging a request for a return does not guarantee that it will be accepted and the approval will be determined upon delivery of the return.
To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your return must be lodged within 30 days of purchase
- Your return must be supported by proof of purchase
- The product/s must be in the same condition as you purchased it
Any returns initiated by the buyer, unless the product is found to be faulty in anyway, are to be shipped at the expense of the buyer.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you can purchase two postal sleeves from Australia post, one to send to Amaris and one for Amaris to post back. Fill out the second sleeve with your address for easy shipment back. It is completely your expense and decision whether to ship standard or express.

Accompanied with an additional purchased postal sleeve for return. Customers who send back items without an additional postal sleeve will be charged for postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to deny any returns made, based upon defective product/s, if they have been made after a significant amount of time has passed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
