COVID-19 UPDATE

While we are still dispatching orders as per normal, due to an enormous increase in the volume of shipments in the Australia Post network, there are currently delays on almost all orders Australia wide. If you are in a hurry, we recommend opting for express shipping at the checkout.

We offer a standard service ($5.95) for FREE for our customers.

Express post is available for free on orders $150 and over, or an additional $11.95 for those wishing to receive their items faster.

We offer Auspost standard international service at $24.00 AUD for our customers.

CUSTOMS CHARGES (TAXES & DUTY FEES)

International customers may be charged taxes/duties by your local customs office. The charges will vary country to country and are dependent on a range of factors - to find out more, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Amaris will not be held responsible for these.

If you choose not to pay taxes and duties payable upon import and your package is returned to us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product - you will not be refunded the shipping fee.
